After you login in the Dahua NVR or DVR you can bring the shortcut menu by right clicking with your mouse. The options showed on this menu are explained below.
Window split mode. Here you can select the window amount (the grid) and then select channels. The options can be 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 5×5 etc.
PTZ. Click it to go to the PTZ interface where you can zoom in and out, focus etc.
Auto focus. It is to set the auto focus function. Make sure the connected network camera (or HD-CVI camera) supports this function.
Color setting. Set color corresponding information.
Search. Click it to go to Search interface to search and playback a recorded file.
Manual > Record Control. Enable/Disable record channel.
Manual > Alarm Output. It is to set the alarm output mode.
Remote device. Search and add a remote device (meaning an IP camera)
Main Menu. Go to system main menu interface.
Tip: Right click mouse to go back to the previous interface.
