The VSPlayer allows for users to play up to 16 exported Hikvision videos at once, simultaneously. The supported channel interfaces are 1, 4, 9, and 16 channel views.
This feature is very convenient if you have all the files backed up on your computer and you want to track the event by playing at the same time. You will basically feel like rewinding straight from the NVR/DVR. All the videos will use the native time-frame as a reference point when playing. To learn more on how to set it up, continue reading the guide below.
Playing multiple Hikvision videos at the same time
Step 1. Run the VSPlayer application. You can download the VSPlayer software on this link.
Step 2. Select the grid icon on the bottom right corner of the application.
Step 3. Select the desired channel type. For this guide, we will select 4×4 gird which means it will play up to 16 channels. 3×3 play 9 and 2×2 plays 4.
Step 4. The VSPlayer will now change it’s layout into the 4×4 format. If you do not know how to play videos, click here to learn more. Basically you need to use the Add button and add whatever videos to your players.
Once all the files are there, the player will show all the cameras at the same time and the timeframe will be followed. All cameras will sync and playback in unison (using the timeframe as reference).
