If the login screen of the Wyze app is not loading or getting stuck on the Wyze logo splash screen, this is a sign that the login server is unable to be reached (not able to connect). This is often accompanied by a brief popup error stating that no internet connection has been detected.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can do to try and connect to the internet from your mobile device.
Step 1. Try to reboot your phone as this will refresh your network connection. To reboot your phone, turn the phone all the way off and then turn the phone back on. Many times there’s something wrong with the phone or the settings on the phone, rebooting the phone will solve any related issues.
Step 2. If the above step doesn’t work, make sure that you’re on a stable internet connection. If possible, try switching networks (WiFi to LTE or LTE to WiFi). This will help to identify whether a specific network is the cause of the problem.
Either way, if you have this issue, there’s something wrong with the internet, and you should solve it by identifying where the problem is. There’s nothing wrong on the Wyze server side, the app simply can’t find a stable (or working) internet connection on your mobile device.
