In this guide we will show to reset the Reolink Argus PT camera, a wireless Pan-Tilt battery powered security camera. To reset the Reolink Argus PT camera, you can use the reset needle that comes with the camera or a paper clip/toothpick.
The steps how to reset Reolink Argus PT camera
Step 1. Turn ON the power button to power up the camera.
Step 2. Rotate the lens to locate the reset hole (it’s in the microSD slot). Don’t worry if you find resistance when rotating the lens, there’s no risk to break the camera.
Step 3. Open up the micro SD card slot and on the left side you’ll see the reset hole. Insert the reset needle into the reset hole. Press and hold for several seconds until you hear the message “Factory reset succeeded. Please release the reset button”.
Step 4. That’s it. You’ve successfully factory reset your camera. After resetting the camera, you can start the setup process from the scratch.
