EZView is a mobile app used by the Uniview CCTV systems to remotely view the cameras on the phone. If you lost or forgot the password for the EZView app, read this step by step guide on how to reset the password. It’s relatively easy and it doesn’t take too much time.
Reset password for EZView phone app
Step 1. Ensure that you have access to the inbox of the email address associated with your EZView account.If you have lost access to that email account, please contact email’s technical support in order to regain access into your email.
Step 2. Reset password by email. Open up the EZView app, and tap the top-left button to open the menu.Then, tap “P2P Account” at the top of the menu.
Step 3. At the “P2P Account” screen, tap “Forgot Password”. Then, enter your e-mail address in the top field. Enter your new desired password into the bottom box.
It must be at least 8 characters in length, and must contain a mix of letters and numbers.
Step 4. When prepared, press the “Verify” button. You will have 60 seconds to check your email for a verification code sent by en.ezcloud@uniview.com.
Once you have received the code in your inbox, input it into the second box. Then press the “OK” button.
If you are successful, you will be returned to the P2P Account screen. Log in with your e-mail address and the new password you made.
