Update the app on the phone, make sure you have the latest version. Certain versions of the app contain a software bug that causes the error code 90. Go to the App Store or Play Store or your smartphone and double-check if you’re running the latest release. Try again to see your cameras on the phone.
If that didn’t work, uninstall the app from the phone and reinstall it again. Reboot the phone. Once it’s back on, re-add your security system on the app and see if you get a live view from your cameras.
Update the DVR or NVR to the latest firmware. Some of the Swann recorders have known network-related bugs that cause the machine to go offline randomly.

Use an admin account to access the system on the phone app. Don’t use a non-administrative account.
Connect the internet cable coming from the Swann recorder to another port in the router. Reboot the recorder and try again if you see anything on the camera.
Reboot the router. If none of these methods didn’t work for you, contact the reseller or Swann itself.
