If you own a Zosi CCTV system (DVR/NVR) and you don’t know where and how to change the cameras’ name for each channel, then this is the right step-by-step guide for you.
As you can see in the picture below, you can find the camera name in the upper left corner of each channel. Follow the steps to modify each camera’s name.
Step 1. If you want to change the channel name, navigate to DVR’s Main Menu > Setup > Live, and there you’ll see an option to edit the camera’s name.
Step 2. Please select the channel name, then click the left button of the mouse to edit the name.
Step 3. After that, please click “Apply” to save the settings. You can find the channel name has been
changed and updated.
It’s recommended to modify your camera’s name in order to know which camera is which and to get a better experience when play-backing through the recordings.
